Manager Industry Expert (Green Banking)

 

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Preferably masters or at least four (04) years bachelor’s degree with specialization in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences or relevant discipline and in addition to that having master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed university/educational institute, shall be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:

• To ensure the bank’s environmental /credit policies under the SBP guidelines

• To ensure all prudential regulations while lending

• To ensure the compliance of service level agreements (SLAs) while processing the credit proposals for sanction authority

• To monitor the manufacturing facilities of the bank portfolio

• To ensure the compliance of green banking/credit policy with financial regulations along with bank’s policies and processes

• To review approved environmental lists and risk scorecard rantings on annual basis

• To liaison with external environmental consultants for engaging due diligence services as and when required

• To remain well informed with environment related policies and keep updating the relevant documents accordingly in case of any update/change/progress

• Should be well versed with all environment related policies and procedures

• Should have well-developed leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have excellent problem solving skills and multitasking ability

Experience: Between 05 years to 07 years of experience in relevant field
